'Incompatible Software' folder

'Incompatible Software' folder

SL upgrade is safely in place, the incompatible apps/plugins are quarantined in the 'Incompatible Software' folder. In my case there are just 2 plists. Is it okay just to delete this folder?

2 GHz Intel Core Duo, Mac OS X (10.6)

Hi, after installation of snow leopard, it is not possible to remove the incompatible software folder. How to manage?
