Bootex.log

I have a macbook pro and i was using a usb to transfer items from my pc to my mac. when i ran i virus scan on the usb drive on windows to check for viruses, i got a bootex.log which says the volume is dirty but apparently it had no viruses. on the mac, i tried to use that usb drive to be the backup drive for my mac and had to delete everything on the drive. i accidentally deleted the bootex. log. is that gonna damage my mac in any way
