How do I delete the downloaded raw data ??

My powerbook hard drive is now full and i need to remove some old footage but I no longer seem to be able to find the files. I can see the movies I created in quicktime but it is the raw footage that seems to be taking the space ( it shows it when I use my whatsize software to see what is taking up the space ) How do I find and delete it ??
