Making Organizational charts

I'm new to Pages and working at a document in which I have to make an organizational chart. I can't find an easy way to work with the shapes in Pages. Does anyone have some suggestions how to make it in an easy way?

IMac Intel core 2 duo, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

You are best off doing the organisational charts in:

http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/7024/omnigraffle

which is dedicated to things like this, and copying them into Pages.

However you could create them in Pages using shapes and textboxes, it just is a lot more manual work.

Thanks for the link. I think that it makes it much easier to make the chart.

If you start using Omnigraffle, check out the associated sites for "stencils" which are collections of Omnigraffle graphics. They all readily copy and paste over to the iWork suite.

Omnigraffle is quite a capable drawing program as well as a good tool for organisational charts, so you would be getting good value.
