Rubber gasket problem or not?

Hi

I noticed there is a tiny gap in my rubber screen gasket that runs up the left side and along the top of my phone. Its probably about the width of a small pin and I have tested it in the dark there are NO light leaks i've put photos up of this is it a normal varience?

Hi,

I haven't noticed this issue before. You can make a reservation with a Genius at a local Apple retail store here: http://www.apple.com/uk/retail/geniusbar/

The Genius will take a look at the iPhone and repair/replace it if needed.

Hi

i have no apple store in my area its with apple online I just wanted to see if this was an issue with other users or normal? gives me an idea to send it back or not!

Hello,

Same here, not on the top but somewhere along the left side. I have already checked other 3GS and most of them have an area where the gasket is not in contact with the glass edge.
