can't view my timeline, canvas, or tool bench.

this is seriously making me sooo mad. all I can see is my browser, viewer, tool palette, and audio meters. Timeline, canvas, and tool bench are all greyed out and won't let me select them, and when I try to arrange it to standard, it still just leaves me with only my browser, viewer, tool palette, and audio meters. And it is only with this one project, I can view it with other projects, but just not this one. Any help?

Try select the Sequence in the Browser and open or quit FCP and reopen.

ugh, i accidentally deleted my only sequence and saved the project. that explains it. Any way to recover that sequence?

Look in your autosave folder for a backup... this folder will have been set in the FCP system settings window...
