Must Quit and Restart Mail.app to get emails from Exchnage
We're both on Snow Leopard and are using Rackspace's Exchange 2007 servers for email.
All of our email accounts work fine except the Exchange account.
When mail.app first starts, it works fine, but then activity monitor shows "Opening Mailbox -- Requesting Latest Information" with no movement.
Next to the email account is the picture of the circle with the pie slice removed.
*To actually get my email* from the Exchange server, I have to quit Mail.app and restart. All the mail then flows through.
My iPhone works just fine with the same Exchange set up.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Note that I only have 2000 email messages on the server, so I don't think I've reached a limit.
