XCode, 10.5, PPC: Where to download?

Where can you download XCode for 10.5 PPC? All I can find at apple now is x86.

ibook g4 14 inch, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

XCode 3.1.1 (as well as older versions) is still available under Member Site -> Downloads -> Developer Tools in Apple's Developer Site.

Hi Keybounce, have you logged into the membersite at http://connect.apple.com/ ,
as the versions of xcode listed below are availiable.

Xcode 3.1.3 Developer Tools
Xcode 3.1.2 Developer Tools
Xcode 3.1 Developer Tools
Xcode 2.5 Developer Tools
as well as
Xcode 3.2 Developer Tools (10.6 only therefore x86 only)

So I clicked those links and I couldn't find any versions of XCode besides 3.2.

Can anyone help me out?
