Snow Leopard breaks SuperDuper! "Smart Update?"

I did a clean install of Snow Leopard, and have the latest version of SuperDuper! I did an erase and install for my first backup. Once that backup was done, I later changed it to Smart Update. Under Leopard, my Smart Updates took all of about 7 minutes.

Now, SuperDuper! says it's doing a smart update, but it's copying gigabytes of files. This has happened twice. For some reason, it's not doing the Smart Update, but the full backup, even though my settings are for Smart Update.

Anyone else having this problem? I submitted a support request with the developer, but I'd like to know if anyone else is having the same problem.
