When you are selecting the link in the QT window it is re-directing you to the iTS - that is why you need an account. All content from the iTS - free or paid - requires an account as far as I know.
Contact iTS Customer support via the links on this page and ask for help. There is no phone support.
O.K. I'm a LOL (the first word is little) with her first computer and next to no experience. Using your link I got to the same nonproductive sites I'd tried before. I know so little that I couldn't even find an e-mail address for directing my question. So I asked for a phone call and got one (though they're not supposed to). The answer is: unlike any other entry point for phone I've seen there are separate boxes for area code and number. I was trying to put everything in one box, and (as I learned) that doesn't work.
