Mac Book Pro w/ 512MB Ram UpGrade for Snow Leapord

I am currently running the MacBook Pro 15" model w/ intel and 512MB RAM. What Do I need to do to have Snow Leopard successfully installed? I know it requires 1GB of RAM, how can I upgrade and about how much will this cost me?

Where are you located? I have some memory lying around from when I upgraded to 4GB of ram on some of my macs. I could sell them to you at a low price + shipping.
