Audio De-clipper for FCP4?

Does anyone know of a good audio declipper for FCP4 (plugin), or alternatively a stand-alone app for Mac.

I believe FCP5/Soundtrack Pro includes this filter but that isn't an option now. I'm half way through a project and I don't want an upgrade hassle right now.

I also have Peak DV 3, but no declipper in that either.

I'd be happy with a shareware app, but I can't find any Mac declippers. Any help appreciated.

A peak limiter/wave reformer.

The problem I have is audio from one camera from a job was set to manual levels at maximum, and some audio is off the chart, badly clipped and distorted. I don't need it to be perfect, just 'better', without the distortion and the very evident popping from the clipping.

I have seen quite a few pieces of software for Windows/Linux that claim to declip the audio, and reform the waves to eliminate the problem. I understand that the sound quality will take a hit and may be somewhat inaccurate, but for the application I don't care. I just need it to sound reasonable.
