.lit Files>>>>HELP!

Hey forumers!

I just downloaded a couple of ebooks, but they are in .lit format. I have no idea how to use the terminal, and I found the lit2html, but that appears to be outdated and Im on Snow Leopard... Does anyone know if there is an easy way (with steps) to convert them??
