Jan 5, 2010 3:08 PM in response to JRT59by Texas Mac Man,You can download the AHT for your PB here. http://www.info.apple.com/support/aht.html
NOTE - Do not post your Serial Number in Apple Discussions. A Host will remove it soon.

Jan 5, 2010 3:14 PM in response to REYNEby Texas Mac Man,I contacted Apple about the missing versions of AHT. Below is the response I got.
+Those Apple Hardware Test discs are available through AppleCare Technical Support, a Genius at a local Apple retail store, or through an Apple Authorized Service Provider.+
+From the article that you linked, http://support.apple.com/kb/TA22273: "If you need a new Apple Hardware Test disc, contact Apple technical support (1-800-APL-CARE in the U.S.) or your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) for assistance."+
+I will leave feedback on the article requesting the downloads be added to http://www.info.apple.com/support/aht.html.+
Hopefully they will add the AHT versions soon (but don't hold your breath).
Cheers, Tom

Jan 30, 2010 1:53 PM in response to REYNEby robokurt,I also am in need of AHT 2.0.2 for my 2003 FW400 MDD DP1.25GHz if any one would be kind enough to help me out. -
Feb 13, 2010 2:47 PM in response to japamacby BigDMex,JapaMac, could I trouble you for the AHT 2.0.2 as well? I tried the version on the support site but it pops me into a firmware conversation I'm just not able to have. Not sure why Apple wouldn't want such software to be readily available since it helps diagnose problems...Thanks! -
Mar 6, 2010 6:19 AM in response to REYNEby jsf_13,Hello,
I have a problem with my old powerbook 12". Since I have a new Mac, I gave my AHT Cd to a friend having issues with his machine. Now that I need my AHT again, he doesn't remember still having my CD. Maybe one of you can help me. I need AHT version 2.0.2, 2.0.5, 2.0.6, 2.5.2.
Thanks -
Mar 23, 2010 1:03 PM in response to japamacby ASI_Nick,i have a 20" intel imac (white plastic model 5,1). any ideas where i can get the AHT? it's insane that doesn't have these publicly available IMHO. -
Mar 23, 2010 1:48 PM in response to ASI_Nickby BDAqua,Hi ASI_Nick, and a warm welcome to the forums!
With IntelMacs it should be on the Origibnal Install Disc.
Boot off your original Install Disk while holding down the *d key*, (not c key), then run the extended Apple Hardware Test, or Boot off your original Install Disk while holding down the Option key at bootup to select AHT then run the extended Apple Hardware Test. -
Mar 24, 2010 9:28 AM in response to BDAquaby ASI_Nick,hi BDAqua - thanks for the post. my problem is all the original discs are long gone. -
Mar 24, 2010 12:40 PM in response to ASI_Nickby BDAqua,You can usually call Apple & for a small fee get replacement Original Discs, have your Serial# handy.
