How to clean worm on flash drive?

HELP! My flash drive has been infected with the autorun virus (jwgkvsq.vmx) and I don't know how to get rid of it. I've tried Clamx and avast! and both see it but can't delete it. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
