"There is no connected camera"

Just about 10 minutes ago, I was recording myself (video and audio) talking using Quicktime X. While doing this, I tried to eject my external hard drive. It said "Cannot eject, in use by Quicktime X" or something to that effect. So, I closed Quicktime (even though it wasn't connected to my external at all), and then ejected. It worked fine. I reopened Quicktime to continue recording, and it said "There is no connected camera". The same is said in Photobooth, and every other application I have tried that uses iSight. I restarted the computer, nothing happens...

Does anyone know what I can do???
