Disabling Users

Users without access to their account (unchecked "access account"), aren't showing up with a red X through their user icon... As such, they're showing up in my list of users on workstations...

The first bulk selection of users I did, correctly applied the red X, however when I went to perform another search and make changes, the red X appears, but as soon as I change screens, (such as clearing the search in WGM) the red X goes away and the user is showing up at the login screen.

Any ideas?
