Itouch 3.1.1 Update Error 404?

I have recently tried to download the new update 3.1.1 and received an Error 404 saying the link "http://a1.phobos.apple.com/us/r30/Software/9a/5e/17/iUpdate311.ipo" could not be found on the server. I have already paid for the update and its not updating because of this error! I would be very happy if someone could post a solution to this problem. I've looked around and other have had this problem recently also; however, there have not been any solutions or help on this problem yet. Help! 😀.
