Q: iTunes LP download not completing Err= -19

Just installed iTunes 9 on Mac OS X 10.5.8 and downloaded iTunes LP- Mayhem Take Me Away (Logan De Gaulle Remix) Single by Tyrese for $2, just to see what the whole deal was and it reaches the end of the download and iTunes gives an Error -19, stating,

**"There was a problem downloading “iTunes LP - Mayhem Take Me Away (Logan de Gaulle Remix) / Mayhem Take Me Away (Logan de Gaulle Remix) - Single / Tyrese”. You do not have enough access privileges for this operation.**
**Please check that the connection to the network is active and try again."**

Every other download works fine, just the iTunes LP will not finish completing the download. I even deleted the downloads folder inside the iTunes music folder to start a fresh download of the iTunes LP and I still get the same errror. I also tried downloading it using another iTunes library located on my internal drive inside my music folder and still the same error.

Please help anybody, thanks.

    Apple were pretty good - had quite a bit of contact via e-mail with them offering the usual solutions (none of which worked) then they acknowledged the issue and said they would get in touch when it was resolved. They also offered me 3 iTunes track credits.

    I noticed that some people were having success before Apple came back to me, but they were quick to repost the LP content and it downloaded fine.

    So, in conclusion, a bit of a store ****-up on their part, but well handled and ultimately fixed.

    ...just to keep information updated in this thread:

    My wife got the "-5000" error when she went to download and install the 3.1.1 update on her touch. (Mac OS10.4 on the ol' Pismo) It would start the DL, but halt within a second or two with the -5000 and access privileges alert.

    Her library runs off an external drive, and she runs as an Admin on the computer.

    So I checked the read/write permissions on the external (Get Info) and found them to "read only", which I found odd as she can add songs to the drive....anyway, I changed the settings to "read & write" and apply to all folders, plugged in the Touch, and it downloaded the update without a problem.

    Just another thing to check if that happens.
