Snow Leopard.NET

- When the computer goes to sleep...it dies (freezes up). So I have to hard reboot (this is when I get flash backs of owning a PC...rinse...restart or reboot...then repeat)

- My printer connection no longer works (Haven't tried to reinstall it yet...a pain to get it install in the first place)

- My custom mappings to the buttons of my Mx310 mouse stop working

- I haven't noticed any increase in speed or performance (which was one of the main selling points of Snow Leopard)

- Safari often hangs when browsing the net.


Somebody give me a sanity check. Is it just me?

iMac Intel, Mac OS X (10.6)

No, it's not just you, but problems are few and far between for the most part.

Did you have Logitech's custom software installed? That's incompatible with 10.6 for sure; you should use the Mouse control panel to assign. That should work fine, though you have to guess to find what to do.

There are thousands of posts here now with people asking questions and having them solved, how about reading ones similar to yours and seeing if there's good info out there?
