Is there a way to change postgresql to listen on a different port - NOT 8820? Ideally, I would like to change its listening port to 1433, but if I make the change in the postgresql.conf file, it is still listening on 8820. Any insight into this would be appreciated.

I am tapping into the database from beyond a firewall that isn't managed by our organization and I'd rather not poke another hole in it. If I can change the port to a standard port like 1433, then I won't have to go through the hassle of getting them to open another port on the firewall.
