Sep 10, 2009 7:23 AM in response to Gus NYCby Farlander,It does seem like it's related to cookies. But you don't have to delete all the cookies - bad idea. Instead, you can only delete cookies for apple.com domain:
1) Launch Safari, go to its Preferences, go to "Security" tab and click "Show cookies" button.
2) enter "apple.com" in the search field.
3) Select all the apple.com entries in the list and click "Remove" button.

If you're having issues updating Genius - turn it off first, then do what I suggested above (removing cookies for apple.com domain), then turn it back on.
If you're having issues turning it on - that must be a different issue, then
