Timed access to allow distinct "on times" during day

I have an AX b/g/n which controls timed access smoothly to 13 devices. I would like one device to have timed access such that weekdays it has access between, say 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, no access from 6:01 PM to 9:59 PM and back on from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

I have set up the timed access panel so that the days in question would have 2 "between" entries. For example, Monday might say:

Mondays between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Mondays between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM

This does not seem to work, rather, one of the times works but not both. Is it possible to have multiple times access schedules for the same device in a single day?
