iphone ringtones

I have noticed when i click on create ringtone i get this, 'itunes could not connect to the itunes store, an unknown error occurred (11556), make sure your network connection is active and try again'. im living in the uk and with ringtones and text message tones displayed in the uk store and even in £ sterling, im assuming they are now available to the uk. has anyone had any joy with this?
