NY Times App won't update news

Hi! I'm a regular user of the NYTimes app, but for the last couple of days haven't been able to download news with this app. When i open the app i get the progress bar "Downloading latest news" just for an instant and then it disappears without downloading anything. I've already restarted and reinstalled this app and can't make it work. Is someone else having the same problem? Please help me!

White Macbook, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

working fine for me...

does safari connect to the internet with no issues?

the place to check:

Settings -> Scroll down and Select NYTimes

under synchronization make sure edge/3g/wifi are set to: Automatic Sync ON

if they are set correctly and as a last resort just click "Reset NYTimes" then slide to ON and relaunch

be well

Have you checked if there is an update available for this app with iTunes on your computer or with the App Store on your iPhone that you haven't downloaded/installed?

If so and deleting and re-installing the app, powering your iPhone off and on, and/or doing an iPhone reset does not resolve it, you need to contact the NYTimes about this problem. They should have a contact URL available with the app details via the iTunes store on your computer.
