Yahoo sub folders missing

Hi

I have set up my Yahoo account using the mail app on Snow leopard, all the emails seem to download but the sub folders that i have set up on the web app have not copied across like they do on the iphone also the emails dont seem to get pushed like they do on the iphone? have I set this up incorrectly?
