Everything on my phone is gone now...
This morning i bought a $25 gift card, i used my iphone to redeem it like i usually do. It said the money had been added and i had a total of $30. So i went to download an app, when it told me my payment method was declined because i didnt have enough money. I went to downloads on my iphone to look at the money i had and it said $5.00. I got on my pc tried to open itunes, and it said somthing like it couldnt find the library .tw or somthing weird like that i cant remember the specifics. When itunes opened it had none of my music and none of the playlists from my phone or anything else. Itunes wouldnt even let me buy anything even though it was showing $30 in my account it would say my payment method was denied.
I restart my pc and run into the same problem. This time itunes asks me to update the program and when i do, all my stuff is still gone. What happened and why Is everything i had on my iphone from the VERY START gone? How can i get my playlists back, how can i get all the apps i had back? Everything is gone, and oddly enough There doesnt seem to be a way to RESTORE TO A PREVIOUS BACKUP, just a way to RESTORE TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE
