Sharing problems with iTunes 9

Under iTunes 8 I had sharing of my music collection working well with 2 other computers on my home network by pointing iTunes on each computer to a common iTunes Media Folder Location on a network drive. I installed iTunes 9 and turned Home Sharing on and now everything is confused. Two of the computers seem to work ok but the one I first installed iTunes 9 on is confused and can't locate files it used to be able to.
Is it possible to have all 3 computers point to one network drive media collection? Is it advisable? Is there a step by step procedure someone can recommend to get all the machines happy again?
Also, the coverflow view doesn't work when pointed to a shared library. Is that the way it's supposed to work?
