Time Machine port forwarding

On 9/8 I posted: I am trying to port forward with my time machine for a new data base program. I have my TC connected to the DSL router. I have 2 imacs connected thru airport to the internet. 1 imac is set up as the server and the other is the workstation for my data base. Now I am attempting to port forward so I can access via internet remotely (from home) with my MacBook Pro.

The only instructions that is provided for the database is:
1. *Ports 4000, 9090, and 20260 need to be opened on the router using TCP/IP protocol.*

On 9/8 I received the response from Tesserax:

To setup port mapping on a Time Capsule (TC), either connect to the TC's wireless network or temporarily connect directly, using an Ethernet cable, to one of the LAN port of the TC, and then use the AirPort Utility, in Manual Setup, to make these settings:

1. Reserve a DHCP-provided IP address for the host device. This would be your server.
AirPort Utility > Manual Setup > Internet > DHCP tab
o On the DHCP tab, click the "+" (Add) button to enter DHCP Reservations.
o Description: <enter the desired description of the host device>
o Reserve address by: MAC Address
o Click Continue.
o MAC Address: <enter the MAC (what Apple calls Ethernet ID if you are using wired or AirPort ID if wireless) hardware address of the host computer>
o IPv4 Address: <enter the desired IP address>
o Click Done.

2. Setup Port Mapping on the TC.
AirPort Utility > Manual Setup > Advanced > Port Mapping tab
o Click the "+" (Add) button
o Service: <choose the appropriate service from the Service pop-up menu>
o Public UDP Port(s): <enter the appropriate UDP port values>
o Public TCP Port(s): <enter the appropriate TCP port values>
o Private IP Address: <enter the IP address of the host server>
o Private UDP Port(s): <enter the same as Public UDP Ports or your choice>
o Private TCP Port(s): <enter the same as Public TCP Ports or your choice>
o Click "Continue"

Now I'm still not able to access from home and I have a trip planned next weekend where I will want to access from a different city. I have a static IP now.

*Since I originally set up the TC before I had a static IP, do I need to make setting changes on it?*

A few more questions:
*1. I got as far as Mac address. Just to clarify, that is the Airport ID since the IMAC is utilizing airport?*
*2. IPv4: is that the static IP address?*

TC port mapping:
*1: Service: which service do I need? SSH? or something else?*
*2. Public UDP Port: Do I enter it as... 4000, 9090, 20260 all on same line?*
*3. Public TCP Ports:Do I enter same as # 2?*
*4. Private IP Address: Is this the static IP or 10.0.0.1 or something like that?*
*5. Private UPD Port: is that the same as #2?*
*6. Private TCP Port: Is that the same as # 2?*

I'm sorry for all the questions and posts. I'm in a world of confusion and under a time crunch.....HELP PLease!

*And now I have the TC confused because it will not allow internet access.....would it be best to reset the TC to original setting and start over?*
