List of key strokes for booting from CD etc etc

Hello Folks,
Several weeks ago I searched for the list of key sequences and found the Apple list. I gave it to a
MAC new person and then gave my missing manual to my son in Denver.

I want to find the list agin but can't seem to search on the right set of query words.
The sequences am an look for for are - boot to the cd and such.

Apple has a great list but can't find it, getting old maybe !
