Cisco VPN won't show imported profile

Cisco VPN won't show imported profile

I installed Cisco VPN 4.9.0.1.0180 as suggested in other threads but after installation I select a PCF profile and it says so and so profile was imported successfully.
But it doesn't show in the profile list.
Profile list is empty.

I cannot create a profile from scratch as I don't know the group password configured for our VPN.

Hi,
I think you only need to restore you HD permission.
Go to Utility \ HD Utility, then select your HDD and execute Repair HD Permission (sorry but my OS is in Italian and I'm not sure about labels).
My Cisco VPN is 4.9.0.0100 and it's working fine.

Ran the Repair disk permissions, opened VPN, profile was not there, tried adding it and got Error 22: Unable to import connection entry "name.pcf"

Reinstalled VPN client and tried again with same error 22.

Just tried again and this time it said The VPN connection entry "name.pcf" was successfully imported.

But yet it still shows nothing in profile list.
