iPhone keeps sending same text to contact

My iphone keeps sending a SMS message to a contact. He says he gets it like every 15 seconds. I only sent it once. I tried restarting, turning off then back on, and sending him a couple more messages to see if that gets the other one to stop. HELP!

EDIT: I also tried deleting him as a contact. Still doesn't work...
