Issue with song list
I have an issue with my 32 gb iTouch that I can't seem to resolve by resetting or restoring my device.
When I'm displaying my song list, the alphabetical bar running along the right-hand side of the screen is frozen between the letters A and L (so I can't, for example, choose a song beginning with the letter B by tapping the letter - I can, however, scroll manually to any song by flipping the screen until I arrive at the desired point in the song list).
This only happens between the letters A and L - I can choose any song from L through Z by tapping corresponding letter on the alphabetical list, no problem.
The frustrating part is that I had the exact same problem with my last iTouch. I took it to the Genius bar at my local Apple store and they had no idea what was wrong and couldn't fix it so they just gave me a new one. Now it's happened again; what are the odds?
So my question is threefold: first, has this happened to anyone else? second, is there some incredibly simple fix that is so obvious I'm just missing it? and third, what the heck is it that I am doing that causes this to happen and how can I not do it any more??
