Adding music to a movie in quicktime pro

Ive been making flash animations, and when i try to add music to them, it compresses or expands the music to fit the flash track. how can i get it so that it runs at normal speed? (iv'e tried doing this with normal movies and the same thing happens.)

You could add your audio while working in Flash.
You have three options when editing in QT Pro. You can "add" or "paste" or "add to selection & scale".
You'll need to adjust your Flash track so that it has the same "time" as your audio track to make an exact fit of the audio by adding scaled.
If they are close to correct you can "select all" of the Flash track and "copy". Switch to the audio file, select all and "add to selection and scale" (Edit menu).
This may speed up or slow down the Flash track but at least you won't get distorted audio.
