iPhone Keeps Dropping Wifi Signal (home wireless)

My iPhone keeps dropping the wifi signal at home after a couple hours of idle time. It will then switch to 3G and will be unable to reconnect to my home wifi. The iPhone can see the network, but each time I try to manually connect to it through the network screen, it prompts me for a password. It rejects every password including the correct one. The only solution I've found is to reset the phone, upon turning on it automatically connects to the network without any problems (the way it should work). A few hours later, I go through the same process.

I have tried 3 different routers with the same results (linksys, netgear, and belkin). I suspect the iphone has problems with a wireless N router, however I've set the router to broadcast on available bands (802.11 b/g/n).

Can anyone help me? Anyone have a solution to this problem?

I also have a macbook pro (OS X 10.5.8) that has no problems whatsoever connecting to my home network. It also never loses the connection.

Setup:

iPhone 3Gs
iPhone OS 3.1 (latest version)
Belkin Wireless N Router (operating on all available bands)

Macbook Pro / iPhone 3Gs

I have the same problem, but it's only one of the problems since 3.1 update:

1. Wifi Problems, like described in this topic

2.
Bluetooth disconnects after a few minutes from my car phone system, after another few minutes it reconnects.

3.
My iPhone is very slow. If I press the home button then it needs about 5 seconds to show the unlock slider. then I will unlock, nothing happend and other 5 seconds later the phone unlocks. To open the sms application sometimes needs many seconds. sometimes it's not possible to unlock the iphone and I have to reboot it.

I hope apple will provide a bugfix quickly, before that I never had problems with my iPhone.
