Screen Static
Although I am posting this is the Snow Leopard section, this problem actually started with the 10.5.7 update, and it occurs on both my PPC G4 and my Intel Macbook, making me think that it is a software issue.
Randomly when I switch between spaces or windows, colored static or lines will appear on the screen. I have pictures and video of this if it helps:

As I said before, this occurs on both a PowerPC G4 tower and my Intel Macbook, making me think it is a software issue, along with the fact that this started with 10.5.7 on both computers.
