Currently Being ModeratedSep 19, 2009 7:50 AM (in response to ThomDennis)To be more specific (I hope someone in Apple is reading this), When I am in Day or Week views and I click to drag an appointment I get the error message: "This calendar can only contain to do items. You can't add events to this calendar." If I leave this error message there for a while, a new event appears behind the error message and when I click on OK to clear the message, the event disappears as well.
In Month view, when I Ctrl Click on a date, I am offered New Event but when I choose this, I get the same error message.
If I go the the menu bar New Event is greyed out.MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.1)

In my case the local calendars work fine, but my caldav calendars on the company server don't allow me to add new events as described above. This really *****. Hopefully this will be solved in 10.6.2MBP 2.2GHz Santa Rosa and many more (Mac Mini in this case), Mac OS X (10.6.1)
