Can't uninstall Quicktime component

Hi,
I'm experiencing problems in trying to install new iTune version. In order to fix that, I would need to uninstall Quicktime.
When I try to do that, I can uninstall everything, except for the component "npqtplugin2.dll", because the system tells me the file is corrupted.
What can I do?
Thank you very much in advance.
