Map app....possible to update the maps?

I live in a fairly small city that is growing quickly. Many of the streets aren't uploaded into any map programs (even though they're all older than 5 years old.) I can't go anywhere using GPS it seems because so many streets aren't in the map app or are actually in the wrong place. Is it possible to submit updates so that the maps can be corrected?

The Maps app uses 'live' Google Maps data. You'd need to submit feedback to Google.

Thanks for the suggestion. It looks like Google gets their maps from TeleAtlas and even though TeleAtlas' maps are mostly up-to-date, Google is very slow in pulling in the new data. One of the correct TeleAtlas maps I found was copyrighted in 2008 and Google still has the older map up!
