Inserting a Logo into an iMovie Project

I am trying to insert a company logo into an iMovie clip, but the logo always comes out too large for the box it is inserted 'in'... I have not and can not figure out how to resize the logo within the crop box. I have tried re-sizing the photo, and re-inserting it, but I just get a grainy/fuzzy logo that is the same size (just zoomed in).

How do I insert a logo/photo, then resize the photo to fit?

You can adjust by using the Cropping, Ken Burns, & Rotate command. Just select the picture, then from the gear icon or the window menu select Cropping, Ken Burns, & Rotate. Then adjust in the preview window. I had the same problem with my club's logo. I am still learning how to use iMovie '09. My only complaint is that I have not figured out how to do precision audio adjustments like in iMovie '06. I thought that version had better control over things. Hope they add that functionality back sometime.

When I drag my PNG24 Bit logo into iMovie 09, select picture-in-picture, the logo overlays and is positionable, however the logo is cut-off - doesnt fit the import area it gives me. Resizing it doesnt help, and if I change it to Crop or Ken Burns, it will show full logo, but has a black background. Any suggestions?
