New to logic studio forum

My logic studio is new, Logic Studio 9. But when I upgrade my software to logic pro 4.1 and install it, my logic studio 9 will need entering my serial number, and after I enter my sn on the package, it tell me that the sn is not valid. Who can help me? Thanks
