French Canadian Keyboard Option

I am a student in the US and want to buy a Macbook Pro that has a French Canadian Keyboard. On the online store, French is listed as an option but not french Canadian. These keyboards are very different and I need French Canadian for my job and courses. Is there any way to buy a laptop with this included? I know I can get one from the Canadian store but that requires a Canadian billing and shipping address.
