how to recover my ipod touch applications and library...

ok, i had to change my ipod touch, i recieved the new one but i can't recover what i have on my old account. i'll like to know if i can recover all the data, music and stuff that i have in my old account and how. i have bought a lot of music on my library and i will love to recover it, thanks!
