IPP printing problem: "Unable to get printer status (Forbidden)!"

I'm trying to set up my Xerox DocuPrint N2125 using IPP printing protocol. I can add the printer (it sees it!), but it will not print. I get this error:

"Unable to get printer status (Forbidden)!"

What should I do?

MacBook Pro 17", Mac OS X (10.6.1)

I fixed this problem by using "LPD" not "IPP" when adding the printer...
