Can't find purchased ringtones on my iphone

I purchased several ringtones (not songs) in the iTunes music store, but when I synced my iPhone, I cannot find them on the phone to assign them.

Can anyone help?

Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.9)

Do they show up under the "Ringtones" category (Under "Library" heading - left hand column in itunes?

It might be because Apple is greedy and will charge you to buy the ringtone as a song, then charge you to create a ringtone. $.99 to buy ringtone, $.99 to create a ringtone for iphone

I have the same problem as well. I tried rebooting my phone and getting all the latest updates but nothing. Can anyone help?
