equivalent of Visio for Mac?

Hello

does someone knows a software that allows to work Visio files on a mac?
this is the very last hurdle I have to pass to move eventually from PC to Mac in the office.
Any help is welcome.

In the future, you should really post OS X Related questions in the OS X forums, as this forum is for troubleshooting Apple Software Update for Windows, a software package for Windows designed to update Apple products that run on Windows, and not related to Visio or any other Microsoft products.
