I am sorry to hear your Internet isn't working, however you really haven't given anyone here enough details to be able to help you.

How do you connect to the Internet? (Wireless/Wired)
Is there a router between you and the Internet, or are you directly connected to the modem? (if you are using wireless, it's probably a router)
When you look at the Network Preference Pane, does it say if you are connected? If you are connected, what is the IP address that you have?

79.52.65.83 is an odd address to have behind a standard home router. Assuming that you are using DHCP, click on "Advanced" and then, under the "TCP/IP" tab, click on "Renew DHCP Lease."

If that doesn't work, it should show you the address of your router. Open the Network Utility.app in the Utilities folder. Go to the Ping and then type in the address of the router in the box that appears and press the Ping button. Then copy and paste the results back here.
