You will need to remove and reinstall your drivers. Here are instructions for the procedure.
1. Power off the printer
2. Uninstall Gutenprint by clicking on the link below.

3. Click on the file it downloads and uninstall Gutenprint.
4. Open System Preferences and Print/Fax
5. Highlight the R300 driver and click on remove ('" - ") sign.
6. Delete the Epson Folder from the following location
Mac's Hard Drive\Library\Printers\Epson
7. Delete the following files.
Mac's Hard Drive\User\Library\Preferences\ com.apple.printer ....plist (remove all of the print.plist you find.)
8. Restart your Mac.
9. Download the following R300 files from link below:
http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&oid= 30501&prodoid=37472319&infoType=Downloads&platform=Macintosh
1st epson11523.sea.
2nd epson13044.dmg
10. Install the downloaded files
11. Open PrintCD
12. Click on File
13. Click on Update Printer information
14. Create a CD
15. Click on File print
Make sure the R300 is selected under the Printer selection and CD/DVD is available under the Media selection.
This should take care of the problem.
