Image across 2 page spread?

Sorry, Jason, there is no way in Pages. It can be done in Numbers, I hear.

No hack!
Open an empty Number blank template
Delete the table
At the bottom change Zoom factor to 50 or 25% for easier viewing
Paste an image and drag it over 2 pages.
In the Sheet Inspector (second tab) set the margins, header and footer to 0.

There is no need for a "hack" or other editing to make 2 halves. Since the photo will "disappear" off of the page, all you need to do is insert the image twice or duplicate it & then line up the photo on two side by side pages. Use the pop-up at the bottom left of the document & choose two-up. You could also mask one half on one page & the other half on the other page.

Get a book like the Missing Manual on iWork and do a lot of practising. Make a search on internet for tutorials. There are more than those Apple are showing.

I'm new to pages and this forum, but I can see you are a pro. Could you tell me how I can get up to speed on pages fast?

The apple tutorials are fairly general and I need to go beyond that.

I used to live in Kirkland, WA by the way, not far from Maple valley.
