Yes.

CC 121 is a MIDI message, not 'Steinberg' or anything. It means 'reset all controllers'. It means that for any brand of sequencer, synth, module, keyboard - anything that works with midi works with MIDI messages. CC 121 is one of them. NOT owned by any company.

I've been having a look at the manual on this thing, and considering it communicates directly with Cubase over firewire and there's no midi spec in the manual, I'd guess it'll be using it's own priority system to speak to Cubase.

So in answer to your question: I'd say that unless Steinberg do a Logic template in the future ( tantamount to me having my next birthday party on the sun ) then no, it can't be used to control Logic.

Well you can't blame them really can you.

You could always have a look in the pre-process view in the environments "click & Ports" window to find out what ( if anything ) is being sent.
